Bookkeeping

Bookkeeping for women who are
done being the last one paid.

Done for you. Read by someone who understands it.

Clean books. BAS lodged on time. And a monthly number you can actually make a decision from. Fixed monthly pricing, no hourly billing, no invoice you didn't see coming.

Your file is handled by a Chartered Management Accountant and Registered BAS Agent. Not a data entry service with a Xero login.

The confusing part

You already have a bookkeeper.

And you still can't see anything.
A calculator, notebook and pen on marble

Why that happens

Accurate is the floor.
Not the finish line.

You've done the sensible things. Hired someone to do the books. Paid an accountant to lodge the return. Signed where they told you to sign.

And you still walked away from tax time knowing your taxable income and almost nothing else.

Most bookkeeping stops at accurate. A set of books that's technically correct and tells you nothing is still a set of books you can't run a firm from.

What's different here

We tell you what it means.

A video, monthly

Not a PDF you open, glance at and close again. A recorded walkthrough of what happened, what changed, and what it means for the decision in front of you. Watch it on the school run.

What you kept

Revenue is the number you can already recite. What you actually keep is the one you can't. Every month you'll see both, and understand the gap.

No tax ambush

BAS preparation and lodgement sit inside your monthly fee. No separate invoice in the week it's due, no scramble, no surprise.

The tiers

Three ways to work together.

All prices are from, and exclude GST. BAS preparation and lodgement are included in every tier.

Foundation

Your books are accurate, your BAS is lodged, and you stop finding out about your own business in July.

How it works

Three steps, and none of them involve you tidying up first.

One

The fit call

Fifteen minutes. You tell us what's happening, we tell you honestly whether we're the right answer. If we're not, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.

Two

The health check

We get into your file and look properly. You get a written picture of where the business actually is, including the things nobody has told you yet.

Three

We take it off you

Books, BAS, payroll, reporting. A monthly number you trust, and a founder's brain back for the work you're actually good at.

Honest fit

This is built for you if

  • You're a female founder of a service based business
  • You've had bookkeepers before and it didn't change anything
  • You can recite your revenue and have no idea what you keep
  • You want someone who'll tell you the truth about your numbers, not manage your feelings about them

This isn't for you if

  • $650 a month isn't something your business can carry yet. That's a timing answer, not a no.
  • You want the cheapest option. There are cheaper. This isn't a bidding war.
  • You want someone to file quietly and never raise anything uncomfortable. We'll raise it.

Questions you're too polite to ask

The honest answers.

My books are an absolute state. Will you judge me?

No. We've seen worse than yours and we've seen it from women running very impressive firms. The mess isn't a character flaw, it's what happens when nobody built you a system. We'll quote for the catch-up work separately and upfront so you know exactly what it costs.

I already have an accountant. Do I need both?

You don't have to move. Plenty of our clients keep their accountant and we work alongside them, and clean books usually make that relationship better. If you'd rather not manage two relationships, we handle your return as well.

Can I move between tiers?

Yes. Volume changes, teams grow, firms shrink. We review it rather than letting you quietly overpay.

I want someone to sit down and work through the numbers with me. Is that this?

Yes. I sit down and go through the numbers with you, and I say what I think they mean for your pricing, your hiring and what you pay yourself. The bookkeeping makes the numbers true. The conversation is what makes them useful, and I'd rather have it than hand you a report and disappear.

How long am I locked in?

Month to month after the first three months. The first three exist because that's roughly how long it takes for the picture to be worth looking at.

Ready when you are

Make the money.
